This time I would like to share with you a mixed media cover of my art journal book, that
 I created for the November theme on Art Daily Cafe - DOORS.

 I covered my art journal book with patterned paper from the AB STUDIO  paper collection "Dreamland".

 At first I applied a coat of white gesso and distress ink in rusty colour. After drying I stamped on this area randomly with various background stamps.
Then I decorated my cover by the help of several paper embellishments, washi tape, coloured gauze, and metallic embellishments...

 At the end I added a few drops of white gesso...

November Theme - Symbolism

Welcome everyone!

I would like to invite you to our current ATC challenge connected with an ATC swap.

The November ATC theme on ArtGrupa ATC is called Symbolism.
My interpretation of this theme are ATC cards in vintage look. I chose a combination of red-brown, yellow-brown and brown. As main motive I used the really wonderful stamp of Leonardo´s

"Vitruvian Man".

Birthday gift box

Hello everyone!

This time I would like to show you my Birthday gift box in the form of a house.
 I chose a simple kraft box and used patterned paper and paper items mainly in pastel rose and grey, uncolored SnipArt chipboards, some metallic embellishments, twine and adhesive stones. 

I applied randomly acrylic texture paste in gold by the help of a palette knife and also a few drops of acrylic paint in gold...

This time I would like to share with you my latest card, called

"Have dreams"
 For my layered Birthday card I used a patterned paper from the AB STUDIO  paper collection "Dreamland".

 I decorated it by the help of several paper embellishments, chipboard, lace, ribbon, twine, sisal, feather and adhesive stones. I chose some red accents in combination with white and light grey.

 At the end I painted the edges with white gesso and added also a few drops of white gesso...

Christmas gift bags "Gypsy Rose"

Welcome to my blog!

This time I would like to share with you my little Christmas gift bags. I chose simple kraft bags in the size 12 x 14,5 cm and covered the front side of  these in Christmas look.
For my bags I used the beautiful paper collection "Gypsy Rose". It isn´t indeed a Christmas paper collection but it looks really wonderful. I decorated both bags by the help of chipboards, sisal, twine, paper embellishments from the same paper collection, stamps and adhesive stones...

Christmas Cards 2018 - November

Hello everyone! 

This year, each month we will "lift" (imitate) Christmas cards according to the original...

My interpretation for November - I chose the prototype Christmas Card of
Ania.

For the background of my Christmas card  I used patterned paper in blue and grey.

I cutted snow hills from patterned, pastel cardstock with a pair of scissors... 

 I decorated it by the help of various paper embellishments, twine, adhesive stones...
