*Art Journal Challenge Nr. 4 - Coffee*

Welcome again!

 

The April art journal challenge on ArtGrupa ATC is very aromatic, comes from Monika - Kolorowy Ptak and the theme is called Coffee.

 

I created my background by the help of  white and black gesso, coffee and LSG spray in blue shade. Then I stamped on this area with various stamps and played with permanent markers in black and white. This background  I decorated with several paper items...

Welcome again all art journal fans!

 This time I would like to invite you to the August art journal theme called
KRAFT PAPER.
Kraft paper is a really great item also for mixed media works mainly because of its wonderful natural look and high grammage. You can choose kraft paper for the background, or you can use a recycled paper bag for your pages. But you can create some paper embellishments from kraft paper and include these in your projects…
You can simply give free rein to your thoughts and I am looking forward to your wonderful and various interpretations.

Ich habe mich entschieden das Versäumte aufzuholen und meine Art Journal-Einträge um die fehlenden Themen zu ergänzen. Die März-Art Journal Herausforderung auf ArtGrupaATC stammt von Ikemo und das Thema lautet

*Give a little piece of summer...*

Today I would like to share with you my latest mixed media project, made for ScrapArt.cz.

 I decorated two kraft paper bags (in the size 12 x 15 cm) in summer look by the help of coloured paper poppy flowers.

I applied randomly white gesso to make my gift bags waterproof. After drying I stamped on this area with various stamps. I layered pieces of paper of different sizes, added gauze, sisal and on top I put my paper flowers, twine, natural luffa and a birch heart. At the end, I added a few drops of white gesso and violet watercolour...

  Today I would like to share with you my mixed media ATC set called "Lavender time". I love violet shades, breeze of summer, bouquet of herbs and spices, sunny Provence...

 The background was created by the help of  gelli plate and acrylic colours, I used also stamps, small pieces of a page from an old book, gauze, net, enamel dots and really cute SnipArt chipboards...

Nová, veľmi zaujímavá výzva na ArtGrupa ATC na tému Odznaky tentokrát pochádza od Denisy. Rozhodla som sa pre stvárnenie na prírodnom podklade, ústredným motívom sú dve navzájom prepletené rastlinky, spojené drôtikom a odznakom...
 

Die neue, sehr interessante Herausforderung auf ArtGrupa ATC zum Thema Badges, stammt diesmal von Denisa. Ich habe mich für die Darstellung auf einem Naturhintergrund entschieden, das Hauptmotiv bilden zwei miteinander verflochtene Pflanzen, verbunden mit Draht und Klammer...
